We love cabbage - raw, sautéed, grilled, roasted, and fermented.
It’s affordable, and we know it’s incredibly good for us. But finding inspiration to make cabbage dishes easy and exciting can sometimes be a challenge.

A unique Spice Blend

In collaboration with Ditte Ingemann – @ditsen – food writer, cookbook author, blogger, and, above all, vegetable enthusiast, we have created this unique spice blend for cabbage. The blend is organic and carefully mixed at our spice factory in Trørød.

It features coriander seeds infused with orange peel oil - a process  carefully handled by our production team. You'll also find fennel seeds, sumac, black pepper, and lemon thyme in the mix.

How to use Cabbage Karma

Sprinkle Cabbage Karma directly onto cabbage or other greens before sautéing, grilling, or roasting. It also works beautifully in marinades and dressings - perfect for coleslaw, Green Goddess dressing, and vibrant salads.
