How fast should I advertise?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. When advertising, it will be a great help if you want to write:

- What defect or defect have you discovered in the item?

- What is the expiration date of the item?

- Can you document the error with photos?

You must keep the item that you want to complain about, as we will often take the item back to assess the complaint.
