Delivery to Denmark: 1-3 workdays.
Delivery outside Denmark 3-7 workdays.
Note: During peak periods, in the event of illness in our packaging, in the event of internal parcel handling problems at GLS or UPS longer delivery times may occur. In that case, you will be contacted.


You will receive a tracking number by email, so you can always follow your package. Please use this information for the most recently updated status of your package.

Each shipping company has their own trading conditions, which can affect delivery times. Mill & Mortar is not responsible for incorrectly provided address information. Address changes are not accepted after sending the order.


If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
