Dressing:
2 dl natural yogurt or 10% Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Cabbage Karma
2 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot, coarsely chopped
1 tsp Italian garlic or 2 fresh cloves of garlic, chopped (depending on how much you love garlic)
3 dl fresh herbs, such as parsley, spinach, basil (feel free to mix and match)
1 handful of nuts (about 30 g), cashews, almonds, or hazelnuts
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp salt
Green Goddess Salad:
1 small head of pointed cabbage, finely shredded
1 cucumber, diced
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
Dressing:
