INGREDIENTS

300 g Brussels sprouts
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
10 g ginger
2-3 tbsp butter
2 tsp Cabbage Karma
1 bunch cilantro
Pyramide Salt

DIRECTIONS

Clean the Brussels sprouts by removing the outer leaves and trimming the stem. Halve the sprouts and blanch them in lightly salted water for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for a couple of minutes. Add Cabbage Karma and mix well.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and toss everything together. Let the sprouts simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, then season with salt to taste.

Finish with a sprinkle of coarsely chopped cilantro and serve the dish warm. If you're into spicy flavors, add some finely chopped fresh chili on top.

Enjoy!
