RED CABBAGE SALAD (side dish for 4 people)

Salad:
½ red cabbage
1 tbsp oil
4 tbsp pine nuts
1 bunch fresh mint
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
50 g firm goat cheese
Dressing:
1 tbsp tahini
3-4 tbsp olive oil
Zest of 1 organic lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp Cabbage Karma
Salt to taste
Thinly slice the red cabbage. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the cabbage for a few minutes until it softens slightly. Transfer the warm cabbage to a large serving platter.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden. Finely chop the fresh herbs and add them to the cabbage along with the toasted pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled goat cheese.
