Salad:
300 g kale
2 apples
1 pomegranate
Dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 organic lime
1 tsp liquid honey
2 tsp Cabbage Karma
Pyramide salt
Black pepper
Wash the kale thoroughly, remove the tough stems, and finely chop the leaves. Core the apples and slice them thinly. Toss the kale and apples together in a bowl. Remove the pomegranate seeds and add them to the salad.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients until well combined, adjusting the balance of sweetness and acidity to taste. Drizzle over the salad and toss well to coat.
