Double Garlic Pepper is our organic all-in-one seasoning. Simple yet highly effective. We couldn’t resist, of course we couldn’t. When we discovered two amazingly delicious and quite different types of garlic – even grown in Europe – it seemed only natural to create a blend with both. And that’s exactly what we’ve done: simple, but with great impact.

What does it taste like?

Two types of garlic, each with its unique flavor profile: Dried garlic from Southern Italy gives sharpness and a lovely, lightly roasted sweetness. Black garlic from Cordoba adds that sought-after, indispensable umami effect. And two types of pepper: the delightful Thysmada black pepper from Sri Lanka and a mild red chili pepper from Spain, adding the perfect touch of heat. Be careful though, you might get hooked.

What should I use it for?

You can use Double Garlic Pepper in all your cooking, either added during preparation or sprinkled on the finished dish. In dips, over fries, or straight into your stew or pasta dish.
