CUCUMBER SALAD (side dish for 4 people)

2 cucumber
2 tsp Double Garlic Pepper
2 tsp Nigella seeds
2 tsp honey
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp rice vinegar
2 handfuls of coriander
Slice the cucumber into thin pieces.
Add Double Garlic Pepper, Nigella seeds, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and a handful of fresh coriander to a jar and shake it well. Serve with a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.
