Whether you’re firing up the grill, hosting a summer lunch or just want to upgrade your everyday cooking – a spoonful of well-seasoned butter is your new best friend. When it comes to seasoned butter, the only limit is your imagination.
400–500 g soft butter
1 tbsp of your favourite spice blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Whip the butter (at room temperature) until soft and smooth. Stir in your chosen spice blend and season with salt and pepper. Serve right away or keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for 1–2 weeks.
Tip: You can also freeze it in smaller portions – it keeps well for 2–3 months.
