Below you’ll find our selection of Dukkah – an aromatic blend of crushed nuts and spices inspired by the traditional Bedouin snack carried on desert caravans. At Mill & Mortar, we’ve developed our own take on this classic mix, combining two of our core ingredients: spices and almonds. Dukkah is typically enjoyed with bread and oil, but also adds crunch and flavor to vegetables, fish, or salads. Our blends have been part of the assortment for over a decade.
