Green Dukkah – a crunchy classic with a modern twist

Dukkah has its roots in Egypt, where crushed nuts and spices have been enjoyed for centuries – typically served with oil and bread as a simple yet flavourful snack.
Our Green Dukkah is a delectable mix of roasted almonds, green pistachios, and aromatic fennel – a blend that brings together Mill & Mortar’s two core passions: spices and almonds.

We’ve developed our own version of Dukkah, inspired by the simple yet satisfying blend once carried by Bedouin traders across the Sahara. The traditional base is a mix of nuts, spices, salt, and sugar – with no fixed recipe, it’s all about using what’s at hand.

More than just a snack

Inspired by the traditional Egyptian dukkah, we’ve created a version that fits seamlessly into modern cooking. It’s no longer just for dipping – use it directly in your dishes for flavour, crunch and a touch of something unexpected.

How to use Green Dukkah

Sprinkle it over salads, soups, eggs or pasta. Use it as a topping for roasted vegetables, rice or open-faced sandwiches – or as a crisp coating for fish, chicken or halloumi. You can also mix it with oil to create a quick marinade or dressing.
Green Dukkah is easy to use and brings even the simplest dishes to life.
