INGREDIENTS

4-5 cucumber
½ red onion
100 g feta cheese
5 g dill
1-2 tsp Sumac
½ lemon, juiced
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt

DIRECTIONS

Cut the cucumbers into smaller pieces. Slice the red onion into thin rings. Cut or crumble the feta into smaller pieces. Roughly chop the dill.

Combine the cucumbers, red onion, feta, and dill, then season with Sumac, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

Serve the salad immediately.
