Where can you use Za'atar?

You can use Za'atar as a rub on fish, meat, or vegetables, or you can create marinades, dressings, or dips with it. Za'atar can elevate even the simplest of meals; it tastes wonderful sprinkled on eggs, tomatoes, salads, soups, hummus, grilled fish, or vegetables... You can also try the traditional way of serving Za'atar, which is simply, as a rustic tapas with a bowl of olive oil and good bread, where you dip the bread in oil and then in Za'atar.

What does Za'atar consist of?

Our Za'atar is composed of the herbs thyme, oregano, and marjoram, which provide a fresh and herbal touch, a bit of acidity from sumac, and a nutty flavor from toasted sesame seeds.
