At Mill & Mortar, we’ve always been pepper enthusiasts. In fact, our very first products back in 2008 were a series of estate-grown peppers, each with their own unique personality. Several of them are still part of our range today – and we’ve continued to explore the many ways great pepper can elevate everyday cooking.

What’s in Seven Pepper Crush?

Seven Pepper Crush contains seven of our favourite organic signature peppers:

• Black and White Thysmada, pungent highland peppers from Sri Lanka
• Green Malabar Pepper from India, freeze-dried to preserve its fresh, green notes
• Pink Pepper from Madagascar, full of fruity sweetness
• Szechuan Pepper, cultivated in China, with a tingling, citrusy heat
• Long Pepper from Indonesia, offering gentle heat and pronounced sweetness
• Allspice, peppery with warm notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove
  
  

The result? Pungency and depth from the Sri Lankan peppers, sweetness from Pink and Long Pepper, herbal spice from Green Malabar and Allspice, citrusy heat from Szechuan.
