We have been using edible flowers and herbs for confectionery, baking, desserts, and jams for centuries.

Mill & Mortar is now reintroducing the classic candied flowers. Our French supplier, who has been producing these types of products since 1818, is the last of its kind in the Toulouse region and has perfected its craft for 200 years. Flowers and leaves are harvested at their peak and then crystallized in a sugar syrup. We have selected two flavors: CANDIED VIOLET and CANDIED ROSE, which add color and flavor as toppings for chocolate, desserts, and cakes.
