Rich, Intense Flavour – No Added Sugar

Our organic vanilla powder is made from fully ripened, finely ground vanilla pods, delivering a rich, naturally sweet flavour without any added sugar. Vanilla powder is an easy and convenient way to enjoy the wonderful flavour of vanilla. No need to scrape the seeds from the pod – simply add the powder directly to your cooking, baking or desserts for a smooth, even distribution of flavour.

One teaspoon of vanilla powder equals approximately 3 g and replaces one vanilla pod.

Vanilla is one of the most sought-after natural flavour enhancers in the world. But achieving exceptional quality requires great care at every stage, from the hand-pollination of the vanilla orchid to the final curing of the pods. This intricate process takes 8–10 months and involves numerous steps, each requiring precision, expertise and skilled manual work. The aim is to allow vanillin, the primary flavour compound in vanilla, to develop to its full potential.

About Our Vanilla

Quality is at the heart of our organic vanilla, ensuring a rich, deep and authentic flavour. Each vanilla pod is carefully selected and processed to bring out its finest qualities, delivering exceptional vanilla flavour for all your culinary creations.

We work closely with our supplier in Madagascar, who sources green vanilla pods from local farming cooperatives. Our supplier oversees the curing process and works with the farmers to ensure traceability and maintain high organic quality standards.

Our Vanilla Range and Variety

All our vanilla products are made from Bourbon vanilla (Vanilla planifolia), one of the most highly prized types of vanilla, renowned for its exceptional flavour and aroma.
