We have been using edible flowers and herbs for candy, baking, desserts, and jams for centuries.

Mill & Mortar is now reintroducing the classic candied flowers. Our French supplier, who has been producing this type of product since 1818, is the last of its kind in the Toulouse region and has perfected its skills for 200 years. Flowers and leaves are harvested at their peak and crystallized in a sugar syrup. We have selected 2 flavors; CANDIED VIOLET and CANDIED ROSE, which add color and flavor as a topping on chocolate, desserts, and cakes.
