Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F), fan-assisted. Finely chop the onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
Grease a large ovenproof dish with a little olive oil. Place the spaghetti in the dish, and top with the whole block of feta, chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, and olives. Pour the water over the ingredients, drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with sea salt and Triple Lemon Pepper.
Bake the dish in the oven for 30 minutes – after 15 minutes, check to see if more water is needed in the dish.
Remove from the oven and gently toss everything together. Top with fresh basil, a splash of chili sauce if you like a bit of heat, or other fresh herbs of your choice. For an extra treat, grate some Parmesan over the top before serving. Plate up and serve with some good crusty bread.
