INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Aleppo Chili
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 large garlic cloves (pressed)
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
300 ml neutral oil (such as sunflower oil)

DIRECTIONS

Place Aleppo Chili, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, and salt in a heatproof bowl.

Heat the oil in a saucepan until it’s nearly boiling.

Carefully pour the hot oil over the spices and let it sizzle. Stir gently and allow the chili oil to cool completely.

Transfer the chili oil to a clean jar with a lid and store in the fridge.

Tip! Adjust the amount of Aleppo Chili and garlic depending on how spicy you want your oil. The more, the bolder!
