GREEN GODDESS DIP

The combination of fresh herbs and the unique blend of Cabbage Karma adds an exciting twist that lifts the dip to the next level - earthy, tangy, and slightly spicy all at once. Perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own!

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado
100 ml cottage cheese
1 handful spring onions
1 bunch fresh herbs (we like coriander)
1 tbsp Cabbage Karma
Juice of half a lemon

DIRECTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with a little extra lemon juice or salt if needed.

Serve with fresh veggie sticks, rye crisps, grissini, focaccia or flatbread.

Leftovers? Use it as a creamy sandwich spread or a fresh topping for your next buddha bowl.
