These Greek meatballs with feta are a delightful fusion of savory flavors, offering a taste of the Mediterranean with every bite. The Hey Falafel spice blend takes center stage, infusing the meatballs with an authentic and aromatic spice mix that brings the dish to life.
500 g ground pork and beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 egg
100 g feta cheese, crumbled
50 g sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp Hey Falafel spice blend
1/2 dl breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil or butter for frying
In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, Hey Falafel, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil or butter and fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn them during cooking to ensure even browning.
