Cake:
200 g sugar
100 g butter (room temperature)
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 dl oat milk (room temperature)
170 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1.5 teaspoons Real Cinnamon
A pinch of salt
3 red apples
Remonce:
50 g butter
70 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1.5 teaspoons Real Cinnamon
Topping:
200 g sour cream
1.5 teaspoons Real Cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat or 175°C (350°F) with fan.
Beat the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well between each addition. Stir in the oat milk.
Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Line a springform pan (22-26 cm) with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
Slice the apples thinly and arrange them in a nice pattern on top of the batter.
Melt the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a small saucepan over low heat. Pour the remonce over the apples.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
Once the cake is done, let it cool slightly. Serve with sour cream and a sprinkle of real cinnamon on top.
